Banana Bread Bundt Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • For The Banana Bread:
  • 8 tablespoons butter, softened (or one stick)
  • 1-1/2 cups coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup organic sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1-3/4 cups graham flour
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flour
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Grease bundt pan with butter.
  3. In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar together. Stir in eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Mix in baking soda and flour. Stir in chips or nuts if you are adding them. Pour in to prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 50-60 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 30 mins then turn out on cooling rack.
