1 bag of cranberries
1/2 cup of honey
1/2 cup of coconut sugar (optional)
Sprinkle clove and cinnamon to taste.
Add the cranberries to a medium size pot with one cup of water, bring to a boil. Zest the peel of the orange. Add honey and spices and orange zest to the cranberries. Cut the orange in half and squeeze the juice into the cranberries. Slice the other half of the orange and add it to the cranberries. Once the cranberries pop, reduce heat and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and clove to taste. Place in a serving bowl and refrigerate. Serve cold.
