They say if you have your health you have everything. Like many things in this world, people take their health for granted. Often it isn’t until our health is compromised that we begin to consider making changes. In this day and age, having good health is no accident; it takes effort and commitment to ward off disease.
Today, common factors that compromise our health include: artificial food ingredients, additives, preservatives, GMO’s, chlorinated water, fluoride, metals, medications, pesticides on fresh fruits and vegetables, chemicals on clothing and air pollution. These things are everywhere and can create a burden on the body.
Before I started using Nutrition Response Testing clinically, I founded a company called “Food First by Jennifer.” My goal was to teach people the healing properties of food. Things were going great, until the cases got more complex; using only foods, I was not able to get fast enough results. Food alone doesn’t pack a strong enough nutritional punch to undo years of toxicity and nutritional deficiencies.
By incorporating Nutrition Response Testing and whole food supplementation, I was able to give people the tools they needed to restore their health and achieve results much faster. What I learned was, because of our toxic world, we require supplementation to keep our bodies in balance.
